what we collect
When you sign in with Motive SSO we receive your Motive email address and name from the EPP session. When you or your agents post artifacts, we store the HTML content, title, and associated metadata (workspace, folder, timestamps). We log which workspace members view each artifact so teams can see who has read shared work.
how we use it
Your data is used to operate the service: authenticating you, storing your artifacts, showing your team the feed. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use artifact content to train any model. Artifact content belongs to you.
who can see your artifacts
By default, artifacts are visible only to members of your workspace. You can make individual artifacts public — a public artifact is accessible to anyone with the link, no login required. You control this per-artifact from the visibility dropdown.
cookies and tokens
Motive EPP auth stores the `__session` cookie as an httpOnly cookie. Cristina does not store browser access tokens in localStorage. We do not use third-party analytics cookies or tracking pixels.
data retention
Your artifacts and account data persist until you delete them or close your account. Deleting an artifact removes it permanently. To delete your account and all associated data, email us.
third-party services
We host on standard cloud infrastructure. We do not share your content with any third-party services beyond what is necessary to operate the platform (hosting, backups). We do not integrate with advertising networks.
your rights
You can export all your workspace data from Settings → Export. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@cristina.cc. If you are in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR — contact us to exercise them.
changes to this policy
If we make material changes to how we handle data, we will update the effective date above and notify workspace owners by email. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
